Captain Al-Sa'idi, according to what he has explained to Al-Kafeel Network, wanted to send a message that Iraqis are peace-loving people, and they believe in it as it is one of the most important pillars of Islam, especially in a country that the Takfiris try to distort the image of Islam showing it as a religion of murder and intimidation, and that the Iraqis, and the followers of Ahl Al-Bayt (peace be upon them) in particular, are not people of war and asylum seekers as mediatized by the tendentious and mingled media, but they are in the opposite of that."
Adding: "I got this idea since a while, and after suggesting it to some officials of the holy shrine, they have agreed. And I mention here the supervisor of the Al-Abbas's (p) fighting squad, Sheikh Maytham Al-Zaydi. And I have chosen the logo of the Al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine because what it represents, as it has the name of "Abbas" in form of a dove of peace, and has the symbol of the palm of generosity and pride of Aba Al-Fadl Al-Abbas (peace be upon him). And we then had the honour to make this successful jump under this blessed parachute thanks to all these blessed symbols."
He continued: "The parachute was designed with a length of 2m and width of 3.20m and was manufactured in Russia. Sayed Mohamed Al-Tajer the director of the marketing centre of the Al-Kafeel printing house has contributed in the design of the palm with the help with the designer Hani Al-Sa'idi."
As for the impressions made by this jump to the Dutch, captain Al-Sa'idi stated: "The logo in the parachute has attracted the attention of the attendees in this contest, making them ask what this logo means, which was another opportunity and honour for me to introduce for them this great personality; Aba Al-Fadl Al-Abbas (peace be upon him) and what he has presented to his brother Imam Al-Hussayn (peace be upon him) especially in the timeless tragedy of At-Taf, and also to introduce the activities of the Al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine for the service for its visitors."
Al-Sa'idi has stressed that he intends to repeat the experience in other European countries by participating in international competitions, and that he plans to increase the number of the paratroopers to five in order to form a team to be able to enter to other international competitions."
It is to note that Captain Shaker Al-Sa'idi has done several jumps, including the famous parachute jump in the area between the two holy shrines on the occasion of Arba'een of Imam Al-Hussayn (peace be upon him) and in other occasions, as well as bearing the flag of Imam Al-Hussayn (peace be upon him) in Great Britain.
