The Islamic Republic's stance is quite clear,' Qazi Asgar said in a press meeting at the Headquarters of the Islamic Republic News Agency on Wednesday.
Answering a question on the possibility of a trip by an Iranian delegation to France to deal with the Mina tragedy which resulted in death of up to seven thousand Hajj pilgrims last year, he said that this has been rejected by Iran's head of Hajj and Pilgrimage Organization.
The caretakers of the Hajj issues are the Hajj and Pilgrimage Affairs Organization and the Supreme Leader's representative in Hajj affairs, he said.
Necessary decisions have been made and there is no room for interventions by others, Qazi Asgar said.
The Republic of Mali has hired a French lawyer to deal with case of its pilgrims killed in Mina tragedy, said the head of Hajj and Pilgrimage Affairs Organization
'It does not have anything to do with us,' he said.
'The Islamic Republic has very qualified lawyers that could take care of the issue,' he said.
'There are even Iranian lawyers and experts in the international laws living in other countries that we can refer to them if necessary,' Qazi Asgar said.
