Considering the cultural competitions as the most comprehensive cultural programs of the Holy Shrine of Razavi at national and religious celebrations, Seyyed Muhammad Jawad Hasheminejad said that these competitions will be held in order to answer questions, explain the religious affairs and provide scientific persuasion to the audience.
Referring to the subject of these competitions, he added, "The expression of the ethics and virtues of Imam Hussein (AS), the expression of the conduct of Imam Hussein (AS), the virtues of the month of Sha'ban and its rituals, the keys to reaching the true Shiite position, the role of religion and the resort to the Ahlul-Bayt (AS) are the issues that will be addressed in these days."
Referring to the distribution of more than two thousand leaflets among non-Iranian pilgrims daily, Hasheminejad stated, "The papers of these competitions will be distributed in the Ghadir and Kowthar courtyards and Dar al-Rahmah portico among the Arab, Urdu and Azeri pilgrins and daily many valuable awards will be awarded to the winners."
Stating that the questions of the competition are derived from the first-hand religious sources, director of the non-Iranian pilgrims affairs of Astan Quds Razavi reiterated that attention to the understanding of religious issues alongside training and facing with superstitions and doubts is one of the goals of holding the contest.
