Astan Quds Razavi’s Strategy Is Not Competing with Private Sector.

In a meeting with Astan Quds Razavi’s executives, Hujjat al-Islam wa al-Muslimin Seyyed Ebrahim Raeisi noted, “The movement of an organization without a strategy and plan resembles a ship without compass and captain and compliance of all departments of Astan Quds Razavi to new strategies is necessary.”
Member of the Expediency Council, stating that more important than the privatization is empowerment and supporting the private sector which is a missing link in the management of the country added, “Astan Quds’s strategy is not rivalry with the activists of the private and having tenure, we should make endeavor to be the mobility and efficiency cause of public activists in different sectors.”
“In 2015, only 48% of the revenue projected in the budget was realized, which rose to 76% in 2016 and reached to 90% last year” Grand Custodian of Astan Quds Razavi added.
“I do not consider the performance of supervisory departments as an obstacle for creativity and audacity of managers. If the work is precise and scientific and the manager consider himself bound by the law, then there will be grounds for initiative and jihadi action” he said.
“The products and services needed in different parts of Astan Quds should first of all be supplied from domestic products. In the next priority, if the requirements were not produced inside the province, only Iranian products should be used and failure to implement this principle should be considered an offense” he stated.
“Astan Quds last year had a 24% increase in exports and we should try to increase this number by increasing access to foreign markets” Member of the Assembly of Experts remarked.
