Hujjat al-Islam wa al-Muslimin Etemadi in an interview said, “The Jurisprudence and Principles Group of the Islamic Research Foundation of Astan Quds Razavi with the aim of correcting the jurisprudential books was founded in 1986 and has managed to do great works.”
“One of the most important jurisprudential works of this group is Allameh Helli's book ‘Montahi al-Matlab’. This work was revived and resurrected by the researchers of this group. It was published in fifteen volumes and in four times at the request of the Islamic Guidance Ministry and was selected as the chosen book of the year of the Islamic Republic of Iran. Another work of this group is the research and revision of the book ‘Al-Dorus al-Shariah’, written by Shamsuddin Mohammed bin Maki Ameli (the first martyr), which was published in three volumes” he reiterated.
“The book ‘Al-Mo’talif min al-Mokhtalif’ is one of the other works published in this group. This work includes six volumes of books and a volume of Rejali translation, which is mentioned in the book. This book has won three prizes, one in the commemoration of the sponsors of the manuscripts, the second at the 14th conference of the book of the year of the Qom seminary school that was selected as the praiseworthy work, and the third time, the chosen of 26th period of the year’s seasonal book in 2014” Etemadi asserted.
He also pointed to another work titled “Takmala al-Dorus” and stated, “This book is a remainder of the book Dorus, published in two volumes. Also, the books‘Zia 'al-Absar’, ‘Masail of Ibn Zohreh’, ‘Waqf's Issues’, ‘Ayat al-Ahkam Muhammad men Tafsire Tebyan’, are other works produced by this group published in three volumes.”
“The book ‘Anwar Jalalieh’, origin of which is heads back to Nasir al-Din Tusi, and Jamaloddin Meghadad ibn Abdullah Seyuri has an explanation on the book, is another work written by the subject of the Islamic theosophy” he expressed.
It is worthwhile to note that “Preferential Rules in Islamic jurisprudence”, “From the Depths of Prayer (in English)”, “Twenty Persian Treatises”, “Transplantation in Islamic Jurisprudence”, “Dissimulation from the Islamic religions’ standpoint”, “custody of children in Islamic jurisprudence” “Intellect and Jurisprudential Deduction”, “Health and Hygiene from the Jurisprudence Point of View” “Loans and Gavel”, “Observation of the Crescent of the Moon in Islamic Religions’ Jurisprudence’ and “Superior Religious Duty, New Ways of Teaching of Enjoining the Good and Forbidding the Evil” are other works published by this group and are available to enthusiasts.
