The head of the Islamic Cultural Center in Indonesia Abdul-Mejeed Elahi met up with the custodian of the Imam Hussein Holy Shrine sheikh Abdul-Mehdi El-Kerbela’e.

Expert technicians and architects said that the first airplane would land at Kerbela International Airport in 24 months.

The Fourth Cultural week "Naseem Karbala in the Pakistani capital Islamabad, which is held by the holy shrine of Imam al-Hussayn (peace be upon him) in collaboration of al-Kawthar University in Pakistan, with the participation of the holy shrines of Imam Ali, of Imams al-Hadi and al-'Askari and of al-Abbas (peace be upon them), was launched Wednesday afternoon the 30th of Jumada II 1438 AH corresponding to the 29th of March 2017.

His Eminence Sheikh Sattar al-Jizani, Secretary-General of the Shiites Shrines in Iraq, has praised the role played by the al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine in intellectual and cultural side, which is reflected positively on the exhibits in its pavilions participating in the International Baghdad Book Fair currently held in Baghdad.

By presence of the Grand Custodian of Astan Quds Razavi, “Injectable Acetaminophen” came to the industrial mass production.

The head of engineering projects Department at the al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine; Engineer Dea' Majeed al-Sa'egh has announced that the finishing works are taking place at a continuous and escalating pace in the al-Abbas's (p) residential complex [previously "al-Kafeel"] of the al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine and that is allocated to the housing of its employees. And the project will be completed soon, and today one of its parts is completed namely paving the complex's main and secondary roads.

On Saturday afternoon the 26th of Jumada II 1438 AH corresponding to the 25th of March, 2017, the first cultural festival of "The Spirit of Prophecy" [rouh nobowah] , held by the Division of the al-Kafeel girls school of the Department of the Islamic and Human knowledge Affairs at the al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine under the slogan: "Az-Zahra (peace be upon her) the treasury of science and the repository of wisdom) and which lasted for three days, was concluded.
