Ayatollah Safi-Golpaygani said, “The horrendous event of Mina was an enormous tragedy and wound, and a great injustice that affected the Muslims. This incident was the cause of sorrow and grief of all Muslims and will be recorded as a disgrace in the history of Saudi Arabia.”
